芒果生乳酪

食材 ( 6 人份 )
奶油乳酪300g
優格100g
牛奶200c.c
檸檬汁10c.c
芒果200g
細砂糖50g
吉利丁片18g


作法
1 先將奶油乳酪放置是溫軟化,打至鬆發。

2 加入細砂糖後攪拌均勻,盡量攪拌到無顆粒狀。

3 加入150g牛奶,隔水加熱攪拌均勻到無顆粒狀,離火後加入檸檬汁、優格、泡軟後的吉利丁片(剪碎泡軟瀝乾)攪拌均勻後。

4 將100g芒果切碎,另外100g跟牛奶50c.c打成果汁加進去攪拌均勻。

5 最後待涼不燙手後,入模,放入冰箱至少要冰4小時即可
